Shipping fees are included for destinations within the 48 contiguous United States & Canada. If the destination is out of that area, an extra shipping fee will be applied.

FBRN Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply notify us by email at Mandy.Chew@fbrn.net within 14 days of receipt for instructions for return & refund or exchange. 
Returned items should be unused, in original condition, and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Upon receipt, we will issue a refund for the purchase price minus the original shipping costs incurred by FBRN. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Buyer will be required to pay the actual shipping costs on the exchanged item.
Please note:
1. Goods will only be accepted for return if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
2. The item is the buyer's responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
3. The cost of returning the item to us is the buyer's responsibility.
